European Continuing Medical Training Plus VZW with address at Den Hert 3, 9250 Waasmunster, Belgium is a non-profit association organizing continuing medical education for health care professionals, registered under company number 0546.693.483. European Continuing Medical Training Plus, further named as ECMT Plus, courses are organized by expert physicians who are involved in medical studies and internationally well known for the therapy that they teach.

All ECMT Plus Course Directors have the right to review or amend their CV/biography as published on the ECMT Plus website at any time.
All ECMT Plus Course Directors are entitled to request ECMT Plus VZW to remove their CV/biography from the ECMT Plus website at any time.
Pictures published on the ECMT Plus website are obtained from ECMT Plus Course Directors or Faculty or published with their permission.
Providing information to third parties
ECMT Plus may share some personal information with third party companies that we hire to perform services or functions on our behalf and where we have a legal basis to do so, for example an external accountant. In any case, we will not share more information than necessary and we will not authorize any third parties to keep, disclose or use your information except to provide the requested services. All personal data of ECMT Plus Course directors and training participants will be in ECMT Plus files and will not be shared with anyone.
ECMT Plus files are safely stored in a protected environment. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk.
Retention period
Personal data will be kept in ECMT Plus files for the duration in accordance with Belgian law and only for purposes for which they have been collected.
